Cabbage Sail 2015

Album Cabbage Sail 2015:

From Thursday, April 23 to April 27, the festivity 'Cabbage Sail' took place in our watery community ‘Langedijk’ (Long dike). A multitude of activities on and around the waters of ‘Langedijk’, could be to experienced. A large number of organizations and volunteers did their very best to make it happen with a central role for the Foundation 'Langedijk Waterrijk’ (Long Dike Realm of Water Foundation) in their relentless pursuit of make the canals in our community still better connected for boats to navigate.

The activities were too numerous to mention, but there was a lot to do for everyone around the port area and in all the canals with the many historic ships in the lead.

The pictures in this album give good idea of the ‘Old Dutch’ atmosphere of our beautiful community!
